General hotel policies:

• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests will be required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
• Check-in time: 15:00 hrs.
• Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
• Pool hours: 09:00 am to 21:00 hrs.
• In case of cancellations you will have to notify 48 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged the total of the first night.
• In case of No Show the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• Space 100% smoke free, the customer who is caught will have to pay a fine to the competent authorities.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
• Reservations of 3 or more rooms or more nights may have special conditions.
